Description

• Develop and execute product marketing plans and campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Work with product development teams to ensure that products meet customer needs and are effectively positioned in the market.
• Develop marketing materials, including product descriptions, packaging, and promotions.
• Product Development and marketing : collaborating with external and internal stakeholders to create NPD pipeline
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service and Product development to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay up-to-date with the latest product marketing strategies and techniques.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing in the beauty and personal care industry.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and innovative thinking, with the ability to develop new ideas and concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with product development and product launch planning
