The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Description

This role will be reporting directly to the Director. A fluency in English is a MUST and the key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Identify new sales opportunities and develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, logistics, and customer service, to ensure customer requirements are met
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to management
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote the company’s products and services

Profile

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, result-oriented, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development in the beauty and personal care industry.
• Strong sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
