Responsibilities :

-Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of application sales representatives or account executives, setting sales goals and strategies for achieving them.

-Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and opportunities for application sales.

-Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to promote and sell the application, software, or technology solutions.

-Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

-Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.

-Sales Forecasting: Monitor and analyze sales data to provide accurate sales forecasts and identify areas for improvement.

-Application Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the application, software, or technology solutions being sold and communicate its value proposition effectively.

-Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, close sales deals, and ensure contracts are executed properly.

-Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market insights, and progress toward sales targets.

-Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a coordinated approach to application sales.

Requirements :

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree may be preferred.

-Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, including 4 years of experience in sales management or leadership roles.

-Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the industry, including familiarity with relevant applications, software, or technology solutions.

-Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and achieving revenue targets.

-Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.

-Market Insights: Solid understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape in the application sales field.

-Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and senior management.

-Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.

-Customer-Centric: A customer-focused approach to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.

-Result-Oriented: A drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
