Dibutuhkan!! loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Key Account Manager di tempat usaha PT Mica Jaya Pratama untuk kota/kab Jakarta Utara dan sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Adapun persyaratan yang perusahaan butuhkan ialah min Sarjana (S1). Merupakan peraturan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 8.000.000 - Rp 13.000.000.

Also someone who loves to interact to build good relationship with team, clients, and vendors. You will focus on growing company sales through modern trade and online market. Not only the growth, you also can explore many things such as events, promotions, and meeting new people.

Responsibilities

Arranged full-scale planning for Online and Offline Modern Trade accounts. (Budgeting, Marketing Strategies, Sales target, Promotion, etc.)
Develop and maintain a good relationship with all Modern Trade and Online channel (such as Ecommerce)
Make regular visit to Modern Trade channel to check product availability, planograms, program promotions, as well as to make sure that the product distribution to every Modern Trade account are going well.
Monitor, analyze, and prepare sales report of Modern Trade and Online channel in regular basis.
Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients (for Modern Trade and Online Channel)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree any major (Business Marketing / Communications are preferred)
Have experience in Modern Trade Market / E-Commerce / Key Account Management / Enabler
Have knowledge in beauty industry (such as Cosmetics, Skin and Body care)
Must be someone creative, good in communication and negotiation, problem solver, and able to work in fast-paced environment.
Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Presentation) is a must.

With growing awareness of dangers of cosmetics laced with unsafe and potentially harmful ingredients to human and environment, we have decided to formulate our products using, wherever possible, healthier alternatives. The advancement of science and technology overall have allowed for previously impossible methods of production be made possible.

With that in mind, we have set the course for producing cosmetics that are not only safe to use but can be beneficial to our users. First, we eliminated many chemicals that are deemed to be unsafe for use. Next we went on a quest to find extracts, essential oils and naturally derived ingredients that have unique properties, things with restorative effects and benefits to its user.

MINERAL BOTANICAproducts are developed with highest quality ingredients, and more importantly free of harmful preservatives and chemicals. All products are manufactured under the strictest quality control in a CPKB (Indonesian Good Manufacturing Practice Equivalent) certified facility. All products undergo stability testing that exceeds BPOM (Indonesia National Agency of Drug and Food Control) guidelines and go through invitro and on skin testing. Product performance testing are done using efficacy tests to ensure they work as claimed.
