Dibutuhkan. lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi REVASSIAN SALES DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM di perusahaan Revass Utama Medika PT untuk daerah Jakarta Timur & Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang usaha kami butuhkan adalah Perwakilan/Konsultan Penjualan (Penjualan) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar sehingga kamu bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 5.600.000 - Rp 6.100.000.

RSDP is a company program aimed at developing business strategies through sales growth by nurturing new talented individuals in the field of sales.
 

What You Will Learn :

Participating in the training program included in the Management Trainee fo Sales. This training program lasts for approximately 12 (twelve) months. Upon graduation, you will be positioned as a Senior Medical Device Executive, Professional Medical Device Executive, District Sales Manager and will be responsible for professionally managing all district area activities to achieve the set targets, including Sales, Profit, Inventory, and Billing targets. 

What We Need :

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree of any major
  • GPA 3,00
  • Freshgraduate or experienced less than 2 years
  • Able to achieve the targets set by the company
  • Willing to be placed arround Indonesia after completing the trainee program.

What You Will Do :

  1. Achieving Sales Targets: Ensuring the achievement of sales targets set by the company. Identifying new sales opportunities and potential customer prospects.
  2. Developing Customer Relationships: Building and maintaining good relationships with customers. Providing responsive service to customer needs and issues.
  3. Conducting Product Presentations and Demonstrations: Explaining the benefits and features of products or services to customers. Conducting product demonstrations if necessary.
  4. Negotiation and Sales Closure: Negotiating with customers on prices, terms, and conditions of sales. Closing sales by signing contracts or agreements. Handling complaints and issues that arise after sales.
  5. Sales Administration: Managing sales documents and reports. Entering sales data into the company’s system.
  6. Sales Strategy Development: Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales. 
  7. Market Monitoring: Monitoring market trends and competitor activities. Collecting feedback from customers and conveying important information to the product or management team.
  8. Training and Development: Participating in training and development to enhance sales skills. Sharing knowledge and experience with other team members.
  9. Team Collaboration: Working with other teams within the company to achieve common goals. Attending team meetings and providing progress reports.
