Job Description

Service Development Analyst will be responsible to evaluate (existing processes), develop, and implement processes, knowlege, skills, abilities, and attitudes of frontliners in Asuransi Astra. They will also track and monitor every customer interaction and our internal processes to achieve Simple, Reliable, and Memorable Service.

  • Evaluate existing services and update: (a) Process standard; (b) Socialization/communication program and training material (ensure awareness, knowledge, ability, skill, services behavior); (c) Managing business process documentation so that it is always updated & excellence (Simple, Reliable, & Memorable)
  • Monitor and evaluate all operational activities in company services channel such as Garda Center, Branches, Garda Akses, Workshop, Hospital, Partners, Intermediary, and e-channel

Minimum Qualifications

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1): Psychology/Communication/Management
  • Min. 2 years of experiences in services industry or related
  • Have an experience in development/training will be a plus
  • Excellence skills in: (a) Analysis & judgement; (b) Interpersonal & communication; (c) teamwork; (d) Customer services.
