Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• Marketing Knowledge: A solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics is essential. This includes knowledge of market research, consumer behavior, branding, advertising, and digital marketing.
• Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and draw actionable insights is crucial. Proficiency in using analytical tools and software for measuring campaign effectiveness and ROI is often required.
• Creativity: Being able to think creatively to develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies that stand out in the market and resonate with target audiences.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effectively conveying marketing messages, writing compelling copy, and interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Digital Marketing Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing channels and platforms such as social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing. Experience in managing digital campaigns and analyzing digital metrics is advantageous
• Creativity: The ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas that can set your company apart from competitors

Tasks & responsibilities

• Market Research: Conducting market research to understand consumer needs, preferences, and behaviors. This involves gathering data on competitors, industry trends, and customer demographics.
• Developing Marketing Strategies: Creating comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. This includes determining target markets, positioning the product or service, and establishing promotional tactics.
• Advertising and Promotion: Planning and executing advertising campaigns across various channels such as social media and online platforms. This also includes designing promotional materials like brochures, banners, and digital ads.
• Digital Marketing: Managing digital marketing efforts such as SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Branding: Building and maintaining the company’s brand identity through consistent messaging, visuals, and customer interactions.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Implementing strategies to acquire and retain customers, such as loyalty programs, customer feedback systems, and personalized marketing campaigns
• Analyzing Marketing Metrics: Monitoring and analyzing marketing campaigns’ performance using metrics such as ROI (Return on Investment), conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
