Job Brief: 

The Snack Category Management will directly support the Growth channel sales teams (focus on connect with major snack importer) with SKU popular snack for Buah Kita Business Unit, working to developing insight driven recommendations and direction to accomplish sales objectives, execute category strategies, and drive sales.  

Job Description: 

• Create and plan category leadership solutions that should include shopper and category insights across: item assortment (everyday/new products/promoted/seasonal), everyday shelving and merchandising, pricing and promotions 
• In accordance to Strategic Category & Sales initiatives, support in executing category leadership solutions agreed to with these retailers to accelerate both Category and  growth (including setting success measures & monitoring)
• Where appropriate, manage and deliver against the responsibilities of the Category Captaincy/Advisory process in partnership with the customer and distributor partners
• Build partnerships & Identify Opportunities, Establish relationships with key retailer stakeholders, leaders and partners
• Work closely with local sales team and sales leadership to develop and participate in Top-to-Top,  line reviews and monthly/quarterly business reviews
• Work with WEBUY cross-functional teams to identify specific insights opportunities, assist with any research, and help deliver category leadership solutions 
• Leverage insights and resources through the utilization of a broad range of data sources, market research findings, tools, analyses, and technology to continually bring new (revenue generating) distributor ideas to your retailers.    

Requirements: 

• Goal-oriented, taking initiative to establish account-specific plans and exceed sales goals 
• Analytical and able to convert data to strategic business insights
• Able to position yourself as a trusted advisor to your business partners (Distriutors)
• Have an experience in the related field minimum 2 years
• Have a good data base in snack distributor
• Good communication in negotiation B2B 

Working hours Schema: 

• 7 Hours (8 AM – 5 PM) 1 Hour (Break)
