Job Mission: 

Expansion Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing prime locations for new stores, overseeing the development process from site selection to launch, and ensuring the successful integration of new stores into our existing network. Expansion Manager will play a key role in driving the company’s growth and profitability.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive expansion strategy aligned with the company’s long-term objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint lucrative opportunities for new store locations.
• Lead the site acquisition process, including identifying suitable locations, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage all aspects of store development, collaborating with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion.
• Oversee the grand opening of new stores, ensuring a smooth transition and successful launch.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of new stores, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate developers, property owners, and internal departments

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion retail expansion, real estate development, or a similar role within the fashion store industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple store development projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with a focus on detail and adherence to timelines.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel to various locations for site selection and store openings.
• Willing to be placed at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
