Job description & requirements

• Create, plan and execute goal driven Live campaigns.
• Work with product teams to come up with new ideas and new ways to engage audiences and Live creators though campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and present findings, identify trends and patterns.
• Work cross-functionally with revenue, product and creative teams to enhance and improve the Live experience.
• Help create and monitor revenue growth strategies.
• Be creative and champion new ideas.
• Work cross division with other department (Supply Chain, Key Account, Finance)
• Liase with Brand side for internal and external communciation as SCI representative
• Train all Host Live and Operator for the better knowledge and skill in Live Streaming

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree / Above with same major will be considered
• Line management / team management experience.
• Results originated and goal driven.
• Be able to analyze data and spot trends.
• Work collaboratively and under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Expert and one step ahead of the latest trends.
• At least 3 years experience working in a live streaming, video sharing or digital campaigns focused role, with at least 1 years line management experience.
