Job Brief

We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist with at least 5 years of experience in managing social media accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content marketing, user-generated content management, and organized photoshoots. They should also have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and be able to think critically and manage their time effectively.

Responsibilities

1. Strategy Implementation: Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies in alignment with organizational or client objectives and target audience.
2. Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and interactive formats.
   Schedule, advertise, analyze, and maintain social media profiles for internal purposes and clients.
3. Community Engagement: Participate in fostering and maintaining relationships with both internal and external social media audiences, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
4. Campaign Support: Supports the planning and execution of social media campaigns to promote products, services, events, and brand initiatives, utilizing both organic and paid strategies.
5. Platform Management: Stay informed about the latest features and trends on major social media platforms and assist in optimizing the organization’s or client’s presence accordingly.
6. Performance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and analyzing key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Measure the success and predefined KPIs of dedicated social media channels and profiles and stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including performance marketing, content, design, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of social media efforts with overall business objectives.
8. Client Communication: Support the Social Media Manager in maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients regarding objectives, progress, and results. Provide updates and reports, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
9. Influencer Relations: Assist in identifying and cultivating relationships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance social media reach and engagement.
10. Crisis Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of protocols for managing social media crises and negative feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
11. Quality Assurance: Adhere to established quality standards for social media content and campaigns, ensuring they meet client expectations and organizational standards.
12. Issue Resolution: Address any social media-related issues or conflicts as they arise, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to find solutions and maintain project momentum.
13. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to social media projects, including plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
14. Reporting: Assist in preparing and delivering reports to senior management, supervisors, and clients, providing insights into social media performance and outcomes.

Requirements:

1. Min 5 years of experience in social media account management, with a focus on account management.
2. Strong technical and soft skills in social media handling.
3. Fluency in English and Bahasa.
4. Excellent critical thinking and time management skills.
5. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
6. Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.
7. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable social media strategies.
8. Strong knowledge of content marketing, reputation management, and user-generated content management.
9. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
10. You have your own Laptop and Mobile Phone.
11. Open to traveling for content creation.
12. Able to handle a photo, or video shooting and directing responsible persons in their role.
13. Candidates must be based in Bali or within a comparable location.
14. Experienced in an agency will be highly preferable.

Working Hours:

• 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
• Day off on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
• Religious Holiday
