Telah dibuka loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Retail Expansion Executive di kantor PT Social Bella Indonesia untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kita inginkan adalah Manajemen – Area/Multi-lokasi (Ritel & Produk Konsumen) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

PT ini tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 7.100.000 - Rp 9.100.000.

Qualifications
– Must have at least 2-3 years of working experience as supervisor or manager level in health or beauty retail industry would be advantage
– Experienced in handling new store opening projects
– Willing to travel outside Jakarta.

Job Description
– Responsible for the preparation and operation of the new store opening project.
– Provide training and accompany new store leaders regarding daily operations in terms of products, displays, systems and employees, so that store leaders can carry out operations independently.
– Provide training and guidance to the store team to improve the quality of work to be more efficient.
– Develop and update curriculum, training materials and Standard Operating Procedures related to operational developments in the store.
– Develop and develop measuring tools to see training results
– Responsible for evaluating the training and work performance of the store team, as well as analyzing other necessary training needs.
– Coordinate with other divisions to improve the quality of retail operations training.
