This is an HRBP Manager role for South Sumatera Regional placement where you will be responsible for end-to-end HR matter within site.

My client is a multinational plantation with several different regions across Indonesia.

Description

As an HRBP Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support the growth of company
  • Partner with plantation leaders to understand their specific HR needs and provide solutions.
  • Manage talent acquisition, recruitment, and retention processes.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and overall industrial relations with surrounding union and community
  • Collaborate on performance management and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in South Sumatera.
  • Managing good relationship with head office

Profile

To be considered as a successful candidate, the requirements are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HRBP Manager in plantation, downstream, manufacturing, or other agricultural settings.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experiences within HRBP Plantation, 3 years in the management
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record in handling site-related HR function
  • Strong industrial relations ability including communicating and managing union.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
