Working in the CRM system
Processing the incoming flow of clients
Negotiating with clients – calls, meetings, zoom
Identification of client needs
Consulting on real estate investments
Presentation of residential complexes, visits to the objects
Conducting the full cycle of the transaction.
Requirements:
Knowledge of English – C2 level, knowledge of another language will be an advantage
Experience of 3 years in commercial real estate sales
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under high pressure
Competent verbal and written skills
High level of responsibility
Skill in working with clients and understanding of interaction structure, sales techniques
