What Will You Do:

As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and brand awareness within the herbal industry, manufacture herbal, and contract manufacturing sectors. Your primary duties will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Understanding market dynamics and herbal industry trends.
• Communicating product features and benefits persuasively to various stakeholders.
• Negotiating favorable deals for the company and partners.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

1. Sales & Marketing Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the herbal industry, manufacture herbal, or contract manufacturing.
2. Herbal Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of herbal products, ingredients, and production processes.
3. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Clear, persuasive communication and strong presentation skills.
4. Good Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively for mutually beneficial agreements.
5. Strong Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
