• Maintain a comprehensive internal library of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) with corresponding inspection check lists, test procedures, registers and Quality Control procedures in compliance with the Archetype Quality Management System.
• Train project teams and contractors on QA/QC procedures and documents, and good workmanship and work methodologies to achieve consistent high quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits on site and initiate Non Conformance Reports and ensure that corrective and efficient actions are implemented.
• Assist commercial team in reviewing technical tender documents and prequalifying contractors for their quality standards.
• Participate in QC meetings with contractors and clients.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Quality Control in construction or Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years experience in site based QA/QC Management.
• Maintain an Advanced knowledge of QA/QC Management system in a construction environment.
• Advanced attention to detail, particularly in respect to QA/QC Management.
• Intermediate client and contractor management skills, including demonstrable negotiation skills and inter-personal skills.
• Intermediate skills in ensuring compliance including the confidence to strictly administer quality standards.
• Intermediate written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear reports.
• Intermediate working knowledge of software used in QA/QC management including Team Binder, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a pre-requisite.
