Dibutuhkan. lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Finance, Accounting, Tax Supervisor di perusahaan CARESO untuk kota/kab Jakarta Pusat & Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.
Pengalaman yang kita butuhkan adalah Akuntansi & Pelaporan Finansial (Akuntansi) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.
PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang spesifik terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.
Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 7.100.000 - Rp 9.100.000.

We are looking for a Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor. If you are smart, driven and want to make a difference, come join our team.
What you will do :
1. Ensure monthly closing is done properly, timely and provides leadership guidance on Month End close process and support team on monthly financial reporting.
2. Provide financial reports, analysis and interpret financial information to management while recommending further courses of action.
3. Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
4. Maintain the general ledger and all related accounts including preparation of journal entries with proper documentation and records of all the company transactions, reviews, entries to the general ledger.
5. Maintaining of computerized accounting system and back up control.
6. Review details of balance sheet on monthly basis and provide effective analysis around risk, opportunities and remediation action plan if required.
7. Liaise with internal and external auditors with regards to compliance with group and regulatory policies and procedures.
8. Develop & maintain good professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders, i.e. auditor, tax agent, company secretary, consultants, lawyers, bankers, insurance, suppliers, related business associate and other government authorities and agencies.
9. Continuous improvement on accounting system and advises on system integration issues relating to finance and/or internal control.
10. Drives implementation of new/improved accounting system software and financial reporting tools.
What you need to have :
1. Under 35 y.o,
2. Min. Bachelor degree from reputable universities majoring Accounting or Professional Qualification in Accounting i.e. CA CPA, CMA, etc,
3. Mastering knowledge and minimum 5 years experience in a similar role with knowledge in consolidation of group accounts,
4. Possess excellent reporting skills with highest standards of accuracy and deliver on time,
5. Strong analytical with good business acumen and ability to identify key business drivers,
6. Honest, disciplined, responsible, thorough and able to move outside the comfort zone,
7. Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication in English and able to build strong relationships,
8. Proficient user of accounting software,
9. Possess a solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles,
10. Experience and knowledge in FMCG business is an added advantage
11. Smart and logical thinking.
