Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi IT Support Specialist di kantor PT Solusi Transportasi Indonesia untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang kita inginkan ialah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Perangkat Lunak serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun persyaratan yang kami butuhkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan berikan cukup bersaing menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Walaupun begitu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Get to know the Role:

This role plays an important specialised IT role that is essential to Grab in ensuring smooth daily operation for the business, covering operational/network scope of work.

The Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Build: Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN). Support IT network infrastructure-related work, such as installing Internet connections, Wi-Fi APs, network upgrades and office builds, expansions and relocations.
  • Troubleshoot: Where challenging situations are encountered, you will lead the problem-solving effort and service restoration, minimizing downtime and outages
  • Serve: As a subject matter expert in all things networking and provide consulting and guidance to team members
  • Manage: Liaise with ISPs and vendors to provide required services and infrastructure for a successful site launch
  • Deliver: Small to Large projects from specifying hardware to installation through to handover of a finished network
  • Explore: Be exposed to, and try out new, cutting-edge technologies and newer, more efficient ways of doing things
  • Assist IT Manager in day-to-day operational matters that include but not limited to managing operational services and preparing reports, to ensure operational efficiency and support areas for improvement
  • Developing, maintain and update all relevant documentation (SOPs, case tickets, etc.) for continuous improvements of IT operations
  • Involve in assigned tasks/projects from IT Manager that covers local or regional aspects

The Must-Haves:

  • Extensive routing, switching, security, and wireless LAN design, implementation and troubleshooting experience
  • Project management and service operational (ITIL) related experience with demonstrable practical skills
  • Willing to learn new technologies and systems and able to adapt to a very faced paced, changing environment
  • Strong customer service, ability to set priorities and multitask, as well as excellent English communication skills

The Nice to Haves:

  • Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced working environment
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
