The Sales Representative Engineering Operations supports Rieckermann Indonesia to Indonesia market sales management and sales development, supporting in engineering, compliance & validation projects, compliance and validation consulting, translation and customer relationship management for the Pharma industry segments. With this activity, the Sales Representative Engineering Operations will actively support the Company’s Engineering Operations sales activities and business in Indonesia.

Job Duties

Sales & Target

Present, promote and sell engineering operations consultancy services for the Pharma industry segments to existing and prospective customers.

• Generate sales calls and visit existing and potential customers.
• Conduct presentations any other related demonstrations as relevant to sales.
• Perform analyses of existing and potential customers’ needs and offer solutions that address their needs.
• Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions in line with company’s standards, rules and regulations or as directed.
• Achieve sales targets on a yearly and quarterly basis.
• Cooperate and coordinate with team members and other departments e.g. Technical Services, Machinery and sales colleagues from other departments, in order to be able to offer solutions that fulfill the customer’s needs.
• Continuous update on CRM system
• Calculate client quotations

Sales Management and Development

• Identify new project opportunities by analyzing the territory/market’s potential and identify potential customers.
• Find the information on customer needs, problems, interests and competitive activities.
• Support continuous improvement by pro-actively providing new ideas.
• Keep constantly updated on relevant knowledge, regulatory, trends and best practices. 
• Assist in the joint sales of Engineering/Machinery/Technical Services products.
• Manage and coordinate the ongoing project works.
• Coordinate project activities and communications between customers and EO.
• Develop, establish, and maintain long term, positive relationships with customers.
• Provide excellent services to customers by giving undivided attention and focus on meeting their needs.
• Anticipate questions, concerns and future issues and provide solutions which consistently will result in repeated business, word of mouth referrals and increased sales.
• Find solutions to customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

SECONDARY

To assist on ad hoc tasks or projects that may be required to complete project engineering, validation, and quality requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering/ Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical facility design and GMP compliance standards for pharmaceutical facilities is a plus point.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Working well under pressure.
• Working self-reliantly.
• Goal-oriented, dynamic and high sense of responsibility.
• Team and disciplined working spirits.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Effective planning, analytical and implementation skills.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills. 
• Readiness to travel frequently locally.
