Center Operations GM

Job Role:

1. Managing all mall operational activities including building management, tenant management, facilities management, parking management, cleaning service management, security management, safety management and enggineering management.
2. Leading the Center Operation Department.
3. Ensure that all building operational activities such as electricity, lighting, water supply, elevators, air conditioning, Internet, etc. are running well and ready for use.
4. Ensure all mall building conditions, order, cleanliness, environmental safety, tidiness, and beauty of the mall environment are in good condition.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for all building operations including building maintenance including repairs, renovations, building safety and Mall cleanliness and security.
2. Lead and ensure that all departments under him carry out their work well.
3. Leading work coordination meetings in the Center Operation Department.
4. Prepare the Mall operational budget efficiently and account for it to upper management.
5. Develop short- and long-term work plans.
6. Ensure cost effectiveness and energy efficiency.
7. Fostering good relationships with tenants and external parties.
8. Develop and implement mall operational work procedures.
9. Develop policies, provisions, and regulations in the mall operational area.
10. Carrying out periodic inspections and resolving problems that arise during inspections.
11. Supervise the performance of contractors and vendors.
12. Accommodate and resolve all complaints from tenants.
13. Plan, coordinate, evaluate and propose solutions to problems in carrying out building management.
14. Control and take corrective action on the company’s smooth financial performance in accordance with the established budget plan.
15. Analyse the development of the mall and provide input in the form of ideas and improvement strategies so that the condition of the mall can become more advanced and attract more visitors.
16. Reporting to Country General Manager.

Please note to the requirements:

1. Last education is Bachelor’s / master’s degree with a major in Management / Engineering / Business or equivalent.
2. Age between 43 – 46 years old (Not more than 46 years old).
3. Have experiences at the shopping mall (is a must).
4. Minimums have 3 years experiences as Operations General Manager (shopping mall).
5. Proficient in English (is a must).
6. Have proof of recorded experience.
7. Attractive, clean, and dignified appearance.
8. Discipline and have a sense of responsibility.
9. Good communication skill, excellence leadership, problem solving.
10. Accustomed to handling complaints from Tenants.
11. Accustomed to coordinating with government officials.
12. Enable to work in team or independent.
13. Willing to work at Alam Sutera Tangerang.
