Summary

The market research manager is responsible for overseeing the creation of market research reports and work with teams of researchers, statisticians and other professionals to gather information that help client makes better-informed decisions about service development, marketing strategies and more.

Responsibility:

• Planning, conducting, and analyzing the research activities to gather information based on clients’ needs and preferences
• Coordinating with clients to understand their business needs and goals so that research meets those needs and is aligned with objectives
• Design research surveys and interviews to discover market landscape and Key success factors, through analyzing competitive analysis, companies’ service offerings, market trends
• Conducting focus groups or interviews with customers or other stakeholders to gather feedback about products or services
• Creating reports based on findings from research projects, including recommendations for future action based on data analysis
• Managing staff members who are responsible for collecting data for research projects
• Evaluating the quality of research by ensuring that the research design is appropriate for the objectives of the research project

Requirements and skills:

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years of Market Research Analysis experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Adequate knowledge and experiences in data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking
