Segera dibutuhkan!! loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Financial Analyst Manager di tempat usaha PT. INDOIN BUSINESS GROUP untuk daerah Jakarta Selatan serta sekitarnya.
Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.
Adapun untuk persyaratan yang PT kami inginkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Tapi itu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Requirement
– Bachelor / Master of Accounting / Commerce or any other related field.
– 7-10 years of finance experiences.
– Have a good experience and knowledge of working in Global ERP systems like Microsoft BC, SAP, Oracle etc.
– Strong finance-based analytical and data gathering skills, especially in Working capital management, Cashflow and Tax planning.
– Good Business Acumen and Proven work experience in a quantitatively heavy role.
– Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities.
– Experience with high-growth companies, helping organization in scaling.
– Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently.
– Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.
– Experience working with, and presenting to, senior executives.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level management.
Responsibilities
– Evaluate and grow financial performance through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends.
– Leads real-time financial performance monitoring. Escalates any financial issues to management.
– Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization of products, sales, inventory, customer’s payments and credits.
– Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses of product performance; study proposed changes in methods and materials to identify key cash products.
– Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking of product wise sales, liquidation time, ageing etc. and accordingly establish and enforce policies and procedures.
– Identify and drive process/products improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
– Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps.
– Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of financial instruments, market conditions, and trends.
– Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
– Monitor and regularly review product wise Working capital, Monthly Cashflow, Products Profitability, Inventory ageing.
– To ensure Microsoft BC processes (Monthly cost runs, Closing, revaluation of forex etc.), extract required reports. Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
