Segera dibutuhkan. loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Business Operational Support Supervisor di kantor SAMORA GROUP untuk kota/kab Jakarta Pusat & Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusaahan butuhkan ialah Analisis & Pelaporan (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience in Operational Excellence/ CI, Data Analyst, Planning & Controller
Required skills: Process thinking, Lean Management, Basic Statistic/ White Belt Six Sigma, KPI Shop Floor/ KPI Tree
Have knowledge in Microsoft Power BI is a plus
Attention to detail and have a good time management
Have a good communication skill
Applicants must be willing to work in Menara Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat

Responsibilities:

Collect all operational data from the factory on a daily, periodic basis, and according to the type and character of the data or report
Process the data received and enter it into the dashboard system, both daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly
Provide notes / highlights on the operational performance of the factory, as well as each department, according to the reporting period
Follow up on the MOM (minutes of meeting) both the results of the performance review or the results of the coordination meetings that have been carried out, in accordance with the instructions given by the superior (Business and Plant Controller Dept. Head) and report the progress periodically (weekly)
