What you will do

Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Student Success Leader. In general, you need to work closely with various stakeholders and Student Success fellows to provide helpful information regarding Cakap features to students and maintain existing students. Take a look at some points below to understand more about this role.

• Help students regarding Cakap features: Cakap Chat, Club, and Private Class
• Maintain the existing students to experience effective class
• Conduct surveys regarding student\’s experiences
• Have an experience in outbond customer service would be an advantage
• Lead the Operations Team regarding the OKR 

Requirements and specifications

In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Have min. 1 year experience as a Team Leader would be a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Good administrative skills and ability to create good requirement documentation
• Strong communication skills in a multicultural environment
• Interest in creating social impact through Indonesia\’s education
• Willing to work in shifts and working in a WFO arrangement
