As our Sales Knowledge Management Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the development and growth of our Sales team.

What You Will Do:

• Crafting and maintaining comprehensive Sales training schedules to ensure the continuous growth and development of our workforce.
• Leading engaging engagement and development activities tailored for both general and leadership programs, fostering talent and leadership qualities across all levels.
• Building and implementing L&D initiatives for the sales team, involving coordination and alignment across various divisions
• Translate policies and sales flows into standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines.
• Ensuring the effective socialization and implementation of sales flows and channel management policies.
• Equipping team members with necessary tools and resources while monitoring performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational policies.
• Driving initiatives to support our valued Agent Community and overseeing activities within the SKM Team to ensure synergy and effectiveness.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Training Specialist roles or similar.
• Demonstrated proficiency in designing training programs and workshops over 3 years.
• Ability to lead the entire training cycle effectively.
• Extensive experience (3 years) with learning management software.
• Familiarity with diverse training and teaching methodologies.
• Strong understanding of talent management and succession planning techniques.
• Exceptional decision-making and organizational capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database software.
