Telah rilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Business Development Executive di tempat usaha PT mClinica Health Solutions (SwipeRx) untuk domisili Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusaahan inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Kami memberikan persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan inginkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup bersaing tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Walaupun begitu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

To support our mission, SwipeRx is now looking for a Business Development Executive. We need a highly ambitious and dynamic individual who has the drive to excel. At SwipeRx, people who take initiative and ownership are rewarded significantly. 

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of business development or account management experience including sales to pharmaceutical companies (Rx and or OTC)
  • Strong existing relationships with healthcare and pharmaceutical clients
  • Decisive and possess a methodical way of thinking, with a strong focus on ROI for the client
  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to clearly communicate to top management.
  • Demonstrates interest in mobile technology; ideally, you have a keen interest in the startup world
  • Flexible to changes and capable of turning around projects quickly and presenting to top management
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa
  • Strong network in Pharmaceutical Local Company is preferrable.

Responsibilities

Business Development Planning

  • Present to and consult with mid and senior-level management on business trends with a view to developing new services.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns and services that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

New Business Development

  • Identify and research potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Cold call as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
  • Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

Project Management

  • Delivering a successful project implementation by collaborating with a cross-functional team to ensure the delivery of required deliverables.
  • Setting the timeline for deliverables and taking responsibility for project milestone delivery.
  • Manage weekly project reports for clients and internal stakeholders. 
  • Conduct an evaluation of the project and provide recommendations.
