We’re currently hiring for a Platform Marketing Consultant for our client, a leading on demand services platform in Indonesia.

Platform Marketing team is a crucial part of the marketing organization, as the team is responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing efforts especially through owned-media channels and loyalty programs. We work on creating and implementing marketing strategies that align with our company’s goals and target audience. We collaborate with vertical marketing teams and other teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all platforms. In essence, the Platform Marketing Team plays a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, business growth.

This role will be developing, executing and monitoring marketing strategies for loyalty program, channel management and other platform level initiatives. We believe a successful candidate has brand communication skill, people person, strong ownership and eager to grow together by welcoming new challenges, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way.

Responsibilities:

• Support Marketing Team in designing and developing a loyalty & rewards program strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
• End-to-end responsible for loyalty program by developing GTM together with marketing support in order to execute marketing campaigns by ensuring consistency and effectiveness messaging across various channels.
• Proactively be a custodian for responsible campaign to aligned with cross functional team (vertical marketing, PMO, creative, PR & social media, owned & digital channel media team, marketing analytics, research, etc) to make sure smooth coordination, monitoring & deliverables in order to meet marketing objectives and gained insight & learnings that could be applied as improvement for the next campaign.
• Monitoring key performance metrics to assess the program’s success and impact the user retention.
• End-to-end responsible for WhatsApp National Account by guarding the communications calendar, executing the communications plan and monitoring the communications performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or relevant field
• Min. 2 years working experience in marketing from “FMCG” or “Tech Start-Up” Company or Advertising Agencies)
• Understand basic marketing skills & responsibilities
• Good English communication skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, Independent but also a good collaborator with a customer-oriented approach. Experienced working with large cross functional teams is a plus point.
• Has good analytical thinking, able to work with data and analysis.
• Familiar with loyalty program structures and customer engagement techniques
• Experience with copywriting and storytelling is a plus.
