About our Client:

A China first e-commerce company that is building a platform which combines the concept of B2B (Business to Business) and O2O (online to offline) in Indonesia. 

Job Description:

• Handling the registration and renewal of visas, residence permits, and work permits for foreign employees/expatriates.
• Conducting recruitment and employee selection.
• Developing basic training for new employees.
• Calculating payroll, including overtime calculations, and deducting BPJS contributions for all employees.
• Handling the registration and renewal of company permits, including factory and warehouse rental permits, and managing administrative documents for operational vehicles.
• Supporting safety and occupational health (K3) requirements for factory employees.

Qualifications:

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum education of a D3/S1 degree or equivalent, in any field.
• Has at least 1-2 years of experience in HR & GA and is able to communicate fluently (both orally and in writing) in Mandarin.
• Understanding the procedures for registering or renewing visas, residence permits, and work permits for foreign employees (expatriates) at the local Immigration Office.
• Has a personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license (SIM A or SIM C).
• Willing to work mobile to handle permits for foreign workers and business/operational permits on-site.
• Placement at the Cikarang Pusat Warehouse location.
