Business Executive – Surabaya Indonesia

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Executive to join our team in Surabaya. 

The ideal candidate must have a solid background in sales, particularly in the IT and computer accessories sector, and will be responsible for managing and expanding our dealer network. 

This role will be reporting to the Sales Manager in Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for meeting sales quotas and targets assigned.
• Customer Relationship Management: manage dealers
• Maintain and foster good relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and develop new customer opportunities to expand the business.
• Conduct regular visits to customers to ensure consistent engagement and support.
• Gather and report information on market conditions, competitor activities, and other relevant insights.
• Ensure that all administrative processes and reporting are carried out efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications:

• Have experienced in selling CCTV Products for at least ONE year
• Strong network in dealers and resellers for CCTV Products in greater Surabaya Area.
• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills with a fast response time.
• Willingness to travel regularly for out-of-town assignments.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the assigned territory.
• Creative, responsible, and honest.
• Residency in SURABAYA.
