Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales and Business Development to join our team. This pivotal role reports directly to the CEO and involves driving strategic business growth, leading our sales team, and fostering strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Development:
    – Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth, expand our client base, and achieve revenue targets.
    – Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to enhance our market presence and capitalize on emerging trends.
  • Sales Team Leadership:
    – Lead and inspire the sales team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.

    – Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure team success.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    – Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

  • Market Research and Analysis:
