Currently we are looking for candidates to join us as Maintenance Manager.

Requirement :

• Bachelor of Engineering
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certificate holders will have preference.
• Knowledge in root cause analysis, machinery improvement & maintenance strategy.
• Exceptional analytical skills, result oriented and proactive approach
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills both in English and in Bahasa.
• Entrepreneurship skill
• Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
• Good application knowledge of MS Office programs and SAP system.
• Min 10 years hand-on maintenance experience in continuous process industries dealing with hazardous, corrosive and explosive chemicals  and experience in Fiber industries will be an added advantage.

Purpose of job :

• Preservation and further development of the plant asset base and the technical equipment taking into account life cycle costs and optimal availability in alignment with the production strategy.
• Derivation of asset related maintenance strategy (incl. asset specific SHE aspect).
• Prepares the strategic alignment in terms of effectiveness and efficiency of the existing assets (Project portfolio,  Owner).
