Leads the implementation of Sales Training development program on the field to all Sales front-liners (FFI team and distributors team) especially in modern trade, in order to upgrade knowledges and skills to meet Commercials Capabilities standard to achieve business growth and company target.

1. Training & Development

• Carry out periodic and timely Training Need Analysis (TNA) as per business requirement using various tools and instruments to measure the levels of knowledge and skills based on Frisian Flag Commercials Capability Standard (FCCS).
• Develop training calendar and content for the sales regions based on identified needs especially in Modern Trade.
• Train Basic Call Procedure (P7S, P7M, P5Fs) and In field Coaching Process (ERAF) and set standard qualification for Sales Team (FFI n Distributor).
• Conduct in Field Training with necessary team in order to deploy training material and tools needed.
• Involved in developing Project Global for training: Ace Academy Field Sales.

2. Certification of Sales Team

• Weekly and monthly monitoring process certification of Sales Reps and Sales Team FFI.
• Monthly monitor process improvement distributor standard board.
• Identify tools and routines and implement standard (qualification), across sales team, ensuring sales team efficient and effective to perform their job.
• Provide feedback on training requirements on special roles and level within the sales function as a framework for recruitment, development and succession planning.

3. People Management (Aligned with HR)

• Facilitate on-boarding and induction program to ensure the successful rate of probation program for newly hired (external) and newly assigned (internal) employees especially in Modern Trade team.
• Mentor of Sales Trainee during trainee programs and make sure Bi-weekly report was submitted and feedback on time.
• Mentor of Internship Program.
