Lowongan Kerja Makassar Posisi Agency Trainer Supervisor di PT. FWD Insurance Indonesia ( HO )

Job Description : 

• Creating standards of competency, quality, and professionality of Agency Sales Forces in FWD Life Indonesia.
• Implementing 4 Persona Trail Blazer (The Challenger, The Collaborator, The Performer, and The Champion)
• Achieving Company target through Agency Canal’s Target
• To ensure the implementation of the roadmap training, either class room or digital training.
• Developing and maintaning Hearsay and Click to Meet Program
• To prepare annual work plan for implementation of all training schedules and training roadmap
• Doing Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in his/her area to meet the needs of the Agency Sales Forces and to develop their business.
• Conducting training program in accordance with the training roadmap
• Monitoring the result of training program implementation, either face to face or digital training, in order to ensure the training that were conducted have good impact in supporting achievement of the Agency’s targets.
• To monitor the competencies, capabilities, and the development of trainer’s skills and knowledges to improve performance in their activities.
• To prepare Hearsay and Click to Meet program for Sales Force

Qualification / Experience 

(incl min year) 

• Bachelor Degree in All majors. Min 2 years experienced in delivery training for agents / Leader.
• Being able to manage a team and work together as a team. 
• Minimal last position was as Officer Training Agency.
• Mastering Life Insurance knowledge in general. 
• Able to train the basic and intermediate level.
• Familiar with Digital technology
