Description

• Lead and manage the electrical engineering team, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols.
• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems within the manufacturing plant.
• Develop strategies to optimize electrical efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support plant operations and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering roles.
• Proven track record in power plants and process plant manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electrical systems.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and cultures.
