Job Description

The Role 

Reporting to Country Marketing Manager, this exciting role sits within the Marketing Department at JobStreet Indonesia. The primary focus of the role is to be responsible for developing and managing JobStreet brand in order to grow brand awareness and traffic to JobStreet sites, and developing comprehensive go to market consumer marketing plans. This position plays an integral part in the success of our team’s long-term vision, and represents a brand-new opportunity. We are looking for someone with a proven ability to adapt to a changing environment, and be a change champion, with the role evolving over time, as we progress through our technological & operational transformation. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and holistic acquisition and partnership strategy, based on thorough understanding and insight to the business, customers, competitors, channels and the marketing/digital funnels adopted in the organization  
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for physical & virtual events, driving favorable business results in maximizing event business potential. 
  • Analyze and interpret business data to identity growth opportunities and develop partnership strategy 
  • Based on regional framework, drive integrated, define strategies to close partnership deals with target partner that deliver value to the business   
  • Develop specific plans for assigned partners to deliver long-term sustainable growth 
  • Establish productive, professional relationship and maintain strong and long-lasting relationship and ensure engagement are align to strategy and objectives  
  • Coordinate with regional and country marketing team to design online and offline marketing activities with partners to drive incremental growth across multiple touchpoints   
  • Work closely with Country Marketing Manager on P&L, identify growth levers, weaknesses and strength of the brand and product, work collaboratively with Country Marketing Manager to deploy effective strategy to win back and retain market share.  
  • Collaborate with multiple cross functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and accomplishment on strategic marketing activities  
  • Agile to rapid changes and willing to adapt to new technology and environment  
  • Manage the Strategic Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, and event team to jointly achieve annual/quarter KPIs 

Qualifications

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:  

  • An undergraduate degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, Business, Public Relations, hospitality, or a related discipline 
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in managing Partnership and/or Affiliate Marketing team in Tech Company (eCommerce, fintect, etc), FMCG and banking. Preferably with proven track records of delivering result and growing high performing team 
  • Team player – works collaboratively with various partners, others in the team, and across the organization, respecting diversity and valuing differences in opinion  
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and possess good data analytic skills – strategize the partners and the affiliates to reach the goals and analyze the performance of the programs. 
  • Strong communicator with outgoing personality – recruit, cultivate, nurture, maintain and develop relationships amongst partners, government, and affiliates.  
  • Industry knowledge – exhibits a keen awareness of partners and affiliate desires, market trends and competitor offerings, with the ability to apply this knowledge practically 
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
