Lowongan Kerja Bali Posisi Area Expansion Manager di movus technologies Inc.

What you will do:

• You will work in several divisions in order to understand our business for first 4 – 6 months. (Business Development, Sales, Credit Survey, Collection and so on)
• You will be in charge of the first member who will open our new branch for next 2 – 3 years. We have plan to open several branches all over Indonesia and you will have responsibility to lead the new market from scratch.
• You will be division leader or brach head to expand movus business depends on your career path and performances
• Develop Bali team and optimizing the operational to achieve target
• Make strategy for Bali and greater area
• Report daily, weekly and monthly achievement to founders directly
   

Requirements:

• Fluent English skill
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or project management in technology, finance or automotive field
• Willing to be relocated to Jakarta for training if necessary for first few months
• Strong understanding in risk management, operation and mitigating fraud
• Good at multiple tasks under pressure
• Experience to lead own team in technology, finance or automotive field
• Experience to build something new from scratch in startup companies or financial industry
• Strong commitment to results and responsibility
• Ability to enjoy chaos, fast, agile and unclear environment
• Strong empathy for movus mission and values
• Willingness to be relocated in other cities
