Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in basic science, food technology, microbiology, chemistry or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience QA/R&D and/conversion in manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with Food Safety & Quality Management System, HAS 23000 and Microbiology Analyst.
• Ability to use a computer for purpose of data entry and reporting
• Excellent ability to work well independently or in a team atmosphere.
• Must have the ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
• Willing to be placed at Cikande, Serang, Banten
• Proficient in English
• Available to join on August 2024

Some of your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure all raw and packaging materials from material receiving, storage and preparation before weighing and use comply with the quality and food safety requirements, halal and government regulations
• Ensure the implementation of the “Supplier Management Program” is carried out properly in accordance with QMS requirements
• Ensure a pest-free environment by working closely with 3rd party of Pest Control provider on establishing and implementing a pest control program to prevent food contamination and maintain plant hygiene and food safety at all times
