- Work strategically; carry out necessary planning to implement operational changes
- Drives achievable growth in sales forecasting and planning
- Gathers, reviews, and analyzes information to develop recommendations for sales & after sales activities, improvement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with operations to analyze results and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and programs making innovations for service excellence improvement due to customer satisfaction and customer engagement

Job requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience, preferably from automotive industry
- Proven presentation, relationship building, and sales skills
