We are looking for a proactive and hunter-mindset sales person to join the team. The role will be important for client business growth in seeking and executing commercial building or residential projects in Balikpapan and surrounding East Kalimantan, also responsible for achieving the revenue and contribution margin goals. This position offers chance for a driven personalities who has passion in sales, love challenges and achieving target.

Description

  • Responsible for meeting Revenue and CM targets within Kalimantan area with focus in Balikpapan.
  • Focusing on finding and winning the commercial building and residential projects within the area
  • Ensure full utilisation (100%) of all sales tools, such as CRM, provided by the BU team, for managing and servicing both Key Accounts and Non-Key Account customers
  • Ensure compliance with lead management processes for Non-Key Account customers, site validation for all Key and Non-Key account sites, sampling & preview services, quotations, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with established depot tinting processes for Professional Business to support customer project sites

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree from a university, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in Building material industry.
  • Having strong network within developers, EPC contractors and project owner in the Kalimantan Area.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to cultivate relationships is essential, along with effective multitasking and collaboration with cross-functional teams when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as adeptness with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), are necessary.
