General Qualification:

• Bachelor Degrees of Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Fisheries, Bio Tech
• Experience at least 3 years in Manufacturing / Production process

Skill Competency:

• Experience in field of Quality Engineering / Product Engineering / Product Development
• Preferred from in field of manufacturing food industry
• Have understanding implementation of Supply Chain, QCC, TQM, Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM, GMP, HACCP, BRC, FSSC
• Fluent in English (oral & written)
• Good in Ms Office, Auto CAD 

Job Description

• Direct and control the company’s production
• Oversee all operating processes to ensure that the most efficient and effective
• Monitor output to ensure that production meets the established standards
• Maintain regular contact with other departments
• Provide advice and support to other departments
• Plan, introduce and monitor maintenance and work schedules to ensure that machine downtime is kept to a minimum
• Monitor and review all engineering processes, documentation, tools, plant to ensure that these operate effectively and are appropriate to meet production targets.
• Review and evaluate any new equipment and processes to ensure that they meet production requirements.
• Review the engineering process and cost implications of proposed new products.
• Recommend any necessary changes to engineering processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and product quality.
• Maintain an awareness of developments in the field of production engineering to ensure that the company continues to apply the most effective processes and equipment
• Direct and control staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
• Maintain an awareness of technical developments in the industry to ensure that the company has up-to-date and relevant information.
• Maintain close links with other departments and internal clients to ensure that the appropriate products are developed to meet customer needs.
• Provide advice to managers and employees on all matters related to new product development.
