In this role, you will engage closely with the customer key decision makers, partners and SI’s to broaden our market footprint in OSS, particularly in service fulfillment, service assurance, and automation domain. You will work closely with sales, product line and other business architects to continuously develop the life cycle of the products and provide feedback to enhance capability of those products.

This is a regional role, and you are expected to support any presales activities in the region when being called upon. Travelling is expected specially to interface with potential and existing customers for business discussion.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in E2E OSS technical solution design for OSS product, including service/network fulfillment, assurance and orchestration domain for telco operators.
• Develop marketing plan, prepare technical solution and carry out product demonstration of OSS products to potential customer.
• Support presales activity, which including response to RFP/Q/I, writing of technical proposal and participate in technical or commercial clarification.

• Support sales team to identity potential sales opportunity through tactical marketing strategy, international exhibition exposure and customer communication.

• Be the point of contact between customer and R&D to identify the solution gaps and feedback the technical requirement to R&D for product capability enhancement.

Education And Experience Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications/Engineering/Computer Science with 5-10 years of working experience in Telco industry.

• Business Knowledge: OSS domain product, telecom market trends, industry-specific technology developments and directions.

• Conceptual skills: able to perform in-depth technical analysis, recognizes problems, opportunities or underlying patterns and relationships.

• Proven success in introducing new ideas and solutions to address critical business requirements in the Telecom space.

• Work with a minimum of direct supervision or guidance from others.

• Takes ownership for actions, seeks feedback and takes direction.

•  Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing (English, Bahasa and Mandarin).
