Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang spesifik terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini berikan cukup bersaing menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Tapi itu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Alodokter is looking for Revenue Manager to join our team.

What you will do:

Lead the AR and Revenue finance team (6 team members) ; and is responsible to ensure the all finance operation team perform their responsibilities properly
Ensure that all SOP finance is properly applied to all operational business units. Update or create new SOPs to enhance the existing process
Managing Revenue business operations from various business channels:
Subscription / Booking / Telemedicine / E-pharmacy / Advertising
Support all business units to calculate and analyze revenue.
Monitor and analyze receivables.
Ensuring the collection of receivables goes well and properly.
Create accounts receivable reports and analyze receivables.
AR and Revenue Manager is responsible to maintain a good communication with both internal stakeholders (Business Units) and external business partners
AR and Revenue Manager is responsible to ensure the initiative of every New Business or existing business development in term of arranging agreement, creating SOP and any necessary things needed related to Finance business process
AR and Revenue Manager is responsible to do the Revenue Calculations for each business unit,analyzing and indicating for each movement of revenue on a regular basis
Provide other ad hoc support and analyses as appropriate
Other duties may be assigned by the company from time to time.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or related field
Having 3 years of experience in related field (finance, AR, Revenue)
Having experience to manage team
Proven experience in revenue management, finance, or accounting
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate financial performance, forecasts, and recommendations to stakeholders
Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Excel, accounting software, and financial management systems
Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment
Understanding of industry and market trends related to the startup, including pricing strategies, revenue models, and competitive landscape
Master’s degree in a related field preferred
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment preferred
Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to optimize revenue and profitability for the business
