Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Skincare Chemist di tempat usaha NMW Skin Care untuk domisili Jakarta Raya, Bekasi serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kita butuhkan ialah Sains & Kimia serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Untuk syarat yang kita butuhkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, Magister (S2) & Doktor (S3). Sesuai dari ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan berikan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Walaupun begitu semua bisa berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Job Scope :

Manage the development of new products as outlined in the product

development strategy and constantly reformulate or improve when necessary.

Keep abreast of the latest ingredient and formula technology in skin care and drug research and demonstrates knowledge to recognize key ingredients,functionality and etc. that are necessary to launch new products.
Ensure development and delivery of new products are with highest level of quality; including safety, formula stability, sensorial and etc.
Interact and request technical information from the ingredient suppliers and manufacturers as required.
Ensure product launch success by working cross-functionally with internal departments and stakeholders throughout the entire product development
process not limited to clinical and quality testing, packaging and regulatory.
Assist in the management of project timelines to support on time product strategy including all aspects of product development, clinical and quality testing,packaging and regulatory.
Coordinate and facilitate product testing via identified laboratory servicesincluding; safety, clinical and claims efficacy testing in compliance with both local and international regulatory requirements.
Assist in writing New Product Details/Data Sheet with the purpose of providing the story/science behind the key ingredients, product benefits and supporting claims
Assist in the review of prepress artwork, marketing press kit, internal product training manuals and etc for feedback and approval.
Manage regulatory affairs
Special projects assigned by the management

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Science /Chemistry / Medical, Master Degree is much preferable
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
Passionate with beauty and skincare
Must have skincare product manufacturing and development experience
Good knowledge on regulations
Committed and possess good work ethics
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a good command of English
