About The Role

Polibeli is actively seeking an experienced individual for the dynamic world of commodities, particularly within the Office, 3C, and Mom Baby categories. If you thrive on analyzing market dynamics, crafting effective sales strategies, and ensuring seamless supply chain coordination, this role is tailor-made for you.

Job Responsibilities

• Industry Supply-Demand Analysis and Investment Attraction:

Based on the target user profile, market demand, and competitor analysis, concretize product requirements;

• Sales Targets and Process Plans:

Provide product supply solutions for different segmented users;

Develop and execute pricing, marketing plans, and user-product matching;

Build and execute product lifecycle sales plans;

• Market Testing and Replication:

Validate and iterate the operational plan;

Monitor the implementation process, including training, promotion, user reach, and various execution phases;

• Supply Chain Planning Coordination:

Develop supply plans based on the rolling operational rhythm;

Ensure the availability of hero products.

Job Requirements

• 5 years of experience in merchandising;
• In-depth understanding of industry products, brand layout, trends, and customer preferences;
• Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new industry products, including product launches and promotional campaigns;
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors offering in the industry;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners;
• Proficient negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers and retailers;
• Willingness to travel for market visits, trade shows, and supplier meetings;
• Priority will be given to candidates with established customer resources in the stationary retail sector.
