Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Luxury Property Sales Representative to join our team. You’ll play a key role in promoting and selling our exclusive residential properties to a range of both international and local clients . More than just a salesperson, you’ll be a trusted advisor, guiding individuals in finding their perfect Bali dream home or investment property.

Job Description

• Promote and sell our exceptional residential properties to potential buyers.
• Develop and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their specific
  property needs and preferences, whether for personal residences or investment opportunities.
• Showcase constructed and pre-construction properties to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate property prices and terms of sale to achieve the best possible outcomes for both clients and our company.
• Coordinate seamlessly between our office, notaries and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient property transactions.
• Stay updated on market and real estate trends in Bali’s luxury property market.
• Gather sales data and competitive intelligence.
• Establish and nurture a local and international brokerage sales network.
• Establish and nurture a local and international referral based sales network.
• Provide after sales support.
   

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or a related high-end sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving exceptional results.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure win-win outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury property features, amenities, and market trends in Bali, with a focus on the residential sector.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Other languages are a strong asset.
• A genuine passion for luxury real estate and the unique lifestyle it offers in Bali.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales and leasing within the real estate industry, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Bali.
