As a system and compliance officer, you need to ensure that all operation is working based on company regulation as well as the local government by conducting the audit to each operation site. Also you need to be able to provide standard and assist the operation for its implementation including whenever the requirement is being update by TCCC and Local Government. This role entails ensuring the consistent application of these standards throughout beverage processing operations in collaboration with National Operation Team. Additionally, you will spearhead quality improvement efforts aimed at driving the effective and efficient implementation of initiatives to enhance overall quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management System compliance
• Standard Requirement Monitoring & Updating
• SOP Update
• Change Management & Socialization
• Assist Operation for Corporate Audit Preparation & Implementation
• Following Up the Audit Result and
• Documenting Audit Result & Follow Up action.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Biology, Food Technology, Pharmacy or a related discipline, with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of working experience in quality control
• Good understanding of Management System (Quality and Safety), Food Safety and HACCP
• Certifications in quality management systems (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO), would be beneficial.
• Experience in audit processes.
• Fluency in English
• Positive attitude and collaborative teamwork
