Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Akuntansi & Pelaporan Finansial (Akuntansi) serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Finance, Accounting & Tax Assistant Manager

  • Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.
  • Perform evaluate and analyze company performance periodically; develop plans for financial growth.
  • Prepare budget forecasting, monitor the implementation, and budget consolidation, and analyze budget performance impact on the Company.
  • Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and reporting variances.
  • Managing Preparation of Financials Projection and Outlook packages for management
  • Monitor & and control operational expenses and collaborate with respective stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness.
  • Assist in financial reporting including preparation of certain entries and related support, and review of reconciliations prepared by shared services
  • Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
  • Working closely with respective stakeholders to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
  • Coordinate with all company departments involved in the company accounting flow of account receivables, account payable, other receivable and other payable.
  • Prepare and produce complete subledger report, Intercompany reconciliation, fixed asset and ammortization ledgers on monthly basis.
  • Assure correct allocation cost of monthly payroll and taxation accounts.
  • Verify every journal that intergrated with internal operational system by doing reconciliation and tracing back the history of the transacation
  • Monitoring all account receivable and payable aging analysis
  • Prepare and provide documentation for internal and external auditors
  • Tax administration knowledge or experience about VAT and WHT, SPT Masa and Tahunan
  • Support ad-hoc requirements/tasks.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate preparation, filing, and payment of all tax-related documents, including but not limited to corporate income tax, value-added tax (VAT), withholding tax, and other relevant taxes as per Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Tax Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic tax reports, including annual tax returns, quarterly tax reconciliations, and other required tax filings to the Indonesian tax authorities in compliance with regulatory deadlines.
  • Tax Audits and Examinations: Coordinate and manage tax audits and examinations by Indonesian tax authorities, including responding to inquiries, providing necessary documentation, and resolving any tax-related issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Compliance Updates: Stay updated with changes in Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and policies, and conduct thorough research to ensure compliance with new tax requirements. Implement necessary changes to tax processes and procedures accordingly. Provide tax advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on various business transactions.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized tax records, documentation, and supporting schedules in compliance with Indonesian tax laws and audit standards.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, including finance, accounting, legal, and operations, to ensure alignment of tax strategies with overall business objectives and facilitate smooth tax-related processes.

What You Will Need:

  • Min. 6-8 years of experience in Big 4 Auditor.
  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance Business/Management.
  • Experience with creating financial statements.
  • Proven experience in Financial Projections and Modeling
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work under pressure and deadlines.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Computer Literacy.
