Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Chief Accounting di kantor Hotel Mercure Jakarta Simatupang untuk kota/kab Kalimantan Timur atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kita inginkan adalah Akuntansi & Pelaporan Finansial (Akuntansi) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

PT ini tidak memiliki syarat yang khusus terhadap pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Job Description

Accounting Procedures

·        Prepare financial reports as required by the company and where necessary provide detailed analysis, outlining trends, weaknesses and recommendations for corrective action.

·        Participate as a member of management and advice on the financial, administrative and legal implications of all maters being reviewed.

·        Develop the accounting, administrative and legal system to obtain the optimum speed, accuracy and content of management information commensurate with economic costs and other duties. Ensures the department meets its quantitative and qualitative targets

·        Prepare quarterly GST submission

·        Manage Corporate tax compilation and submission, ensure accurate payment is made

·        Attend to Corporate queries and requests

·        Supervise respective Finance sections and ensure timely submission of all related reports and compliance to policy & procedures

Team Management

·        Develops employees’ motivation and team spirit by creating a good working atmosphere

·        Takes part in or validates recruitments

·        Organizes the welcome and integration of new employees

·        Prepares and/or checks work schedules in line with activity forecasts

·        Carries out annual performance appraisals for team members and sets targets

·        Draws up the training plan and follows up implementation

·        Helps employees improve their skills and provides support for career development

·        Plan and organize periodical department training for staff in areas of accounting system and internal control (especially for new staff).

·        Identify and develop leadership qualities among staff in order to guide them towards the path of career enrichment

·        Applies labor legislation

Other Responsibilities

·        Be aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures

·        Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management

·        Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times

·        Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management

Work Experience

Knowledge and Experience

·        Diploma in Accounting / Finance

·        Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity

·        Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

·        Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and relevant accounting systems

Competencies

·        Develop and maintain orderly accounting system and participate in regulating the generally accepted accounting standards.

·        Strictly adhere to established internal control and safety system within the department to make the financial data reliable.

·        Regularly review the reports produced and distributed by subordinates for the content, the quality of presentation, accuracy and investigate to clearly all points of varies.

·        Review and authorize necessary vouchers (e.g. payment voucher, journal vouchers etc.)

·        Prepare and analyze financial planning for both short-term and long-term.

·        Prepare annual budget and compare actual results with projected one. In addition, also investigate discrepancies.

·        Prepare cash and fund flow including planning for cash management

Administration

·        Prepare financial statistical-data report to highlight to management all aspect of company’s operating and accounting systems, internal control, etc. on a timely basis or on requisition.

·        Formulate proper management information systems to inform management on a timely basis and                 within time schedules

·        Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy

·        Applies and ensures application of the hotel’s security regulations (in case of fire etc)

·        Respects the hotel’s commitments to the “Environment Charter” (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc)

·        Is responsible for the safety of people and property in the area under his/her remit

Commercial Sales

·        Keep in contact with the Revenue Department.

·        Keep in contact with the Ministry of Commerce.

Keep in contact with the External Auditor
