1. Always update knowledge about trends and developments in the health sector.
2. Contact and conduct initial interviews with clients to find out their health problems and health targets to be achieved.
3. Work with clients to identify problem areas, identify bottlenecks, and create a plan to achieve the client’s health and wellness goals.
4. Develop specific coaching and treatment plans for each client.
5. Take into account the client’s medical history, previous injuries and allergies when developing a coaching plan.
6. Maintain the confidentiality of data and everything related to clients, both within the Company’s internal and external scope.
7. Conduct research on clients, ensuring client’s overall safety and comfort
8. Provide the necessary coaching to reduce or eliminate life behaviors that are considered unhealthy or high-risk.
9. Provide education, accompanying, monitoring, and motivating clients based on instructions from doctors/physical therapists/psychologists/nutritionists regarding healthy lifestyle behaviors, including eating patterns, appropriate exercise, consumption of supplements, suggestions for rest periods, stress reduction, and programs that will or are being implemented accordingly to the needs of each client.
10. Build good communication and relationships between the client and the team of doctors and practitioners.
11. Ensure clients get a schedule that fits the client’s daily activities.
12. Record the results of discussions/consultations with clients and the results of recommendations given during coaching sessions.
13. Evaluate the overall condition of each client and thoroughly after the client has undergone the procedure (regarding the results, reactions and side effects that may arise from the action/medication/treatment/supplements).
14. Able to work together and discuss with coordinating and specialist doctors to plan the best course of action to help clients achieve their goals.
15. Able to prepare all medical and non-medical documents according to client needs in a timely manner.
16. Handle a wide variety of tasks and situations.

Qualifications

1. Minimum D3 Nursing/Secretary/Tourism.
2. Minimum 2 years experience as a health worker or care-taker.
3. Great English language skills (oral and writing).
4. Passionate to help and educate clients to live a healthier life.
5. Great self-confidence.
6. Great interpersonal skills.
7. Great communication skills.
8. A long life learner, especially in healthcare and wellness industry.
9. Well groomed with a neat appearance at all times.
10. Impeccable ability to work in team.
11. Great Problem solver.
