Lowongan Kerja Tangerang Posisi Assistant Manager Quality Standard And Compliance Specialist di PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive quality standards and procedures specifics to ground handling services. 
• Ensure strict adherence to aviation regulations, industry standards, and company policies in all ground handling operations.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance without compromising safety or quality.
• Maintain accurate records, generate comprehensive reports on compliance. Related activities, and present findings to management and regulatory authorities as necessary. 
• Support the development and implementation of training programs to ensure staff understanding and compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate and manage relationship with supplier/vendors
• prepare for and actively participate in internal and external audits inspections, and regulatory assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• investigate compliance-related incidents, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to drive quality initiatives and promptly address compliance-related issues.
• Assist the quality assurance manager in making informed decisions concerning quality standards and compliance matters within ground handling services.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Diploma Degree with at least 5 years working experience in Aviation Management or related field. Additional certifications in safety management are advantageous.
• Experience a minimum 5 years in aviation safety management or related roles, preferably within ground handling services, with knowledge of aviation regulations. Related working experiences is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Aviation Ground Handling
• Good knowledge of Aviation Quality Management
• In-depth knowledge of aviation industry standards, regulations, and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative efficient solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at levels in an organization.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex findings and ideas in plain language.
• Familiarity with safety management systems (SMS), risk assessment methodologies, and incident investigation procedures.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey safety-related information and conduct training sessions.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and contribute to safety improvements.
• Excellent communication skill in English, written and verbal as well as presentation skill.
